Common Questions
Do I pay anything to list a car?
No. Listing a vehicle or part-out is completely free. There are no listing fees.
What is the 5% buyer fee?
When a buyer pays through SafePay (our escrow system), a 5% fee is added to the buyer's total — not deducted from the seller. This fee is capped at $10,000 CAD regardless of sale price.
What if I don't use SafePay?
You can arrange payment outside the platform (e-transfer, cash, etc.). SafePay is optional — it adds buyer and seller protection for higher-value transactions.
What does Pro Seller get me?
A PRO badge on your profile, unlimited simultaneous listings, per-listing analytics, Kijiji import, and the ability to bump listings. It's for frequent private sellers who move volume.
